Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care and support to patients in a clinical setting.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms
- Assist with medical procedures such as ventilator care, IV insertion, and dermal fillers
- Provide care for patients across various stages of life, including infant care and geriatric support
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Conduct laboratory tests and assist with sonography procedures
- Implement medication administration protocols
- Engage in case management activities to coordinate patient care

Requirements:
- Must hold a valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Proficiency in medical procedures including ventilator care, IV insertion, and dermal fillers
- Experience in providing care for infants, geriatric patients, and individuals across the lifespan
- Strong understanding of medication administration protocols
- Ability to manage complex cases and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams

Skills:
- Assisted living experience
